Motivating Your Child to Get Active

In order to motivate your child to be more physically active and to promote a healthy lifestyle you can do things like:

  • send them encouraging messages

  • exercise with them by playing sports and games with them

  • put them in a sport where they can be socially and physically active

  • playing team sports or being involved in sport camps
